Due to the specialized nature of our products (sterile, high-purity solutions intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use), our return policy is designed to ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance with lab standards.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by tracking).
Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer support team via the Contact Us form or email within this 30-day period.
After 30 days, returns are not accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be processed.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, all of the following must be met:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
The vials must remain sterile and free from any signs of tampering, damage, or contamination.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions):

Any opened, used, or partially used vials (due to sterility and contamination risks).
Products that have been stored improperly or exposed to non-lab conditions.
Customized, special-order, or clearance items (if applicable).
Items damaged due to customer mishandling during shipping or storage.
Products returned after the 30-day window.

Return Process

Contact Us First — Reach out via our Contact form or customer service with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
Package Securely — Repack the items in their original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship Back — Use a trackable shipping method and insure the package if the value exceeds $100. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged in transit).
Inspection — Once received, we will inspect the items within 5-7 business days. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error).
Processing time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
No cash refunds for credit card or PayPal purchases — credit will be applied to the original method.
If the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or our shipping error, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund (including original shipping).

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products
