Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by tracking).

Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer support team via the Contact Us form or email within this 30-day period. After 30 days, returns are not accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, all of the following must be met:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • The vials must remain sterile and free from any signs of tampering, damage, or contamination.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
  • The return must comply with our research-use-only policy.

Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)

  • Any opened, used, or partially used vials (due to sterility risks).
  • Products stored improperly or exposed to non-lab conditions.
  • Customized, special-order, or clearance items.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Products returned after the 30-day window.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us First – Reach out with your order number and reason. We will provide an RMA number if approved.
  2. Package Securely – Use original packaging and include the RMA number.
  3. Ship Back – Use trackable shipping. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it’s our error.
  4. Inspection – We inspect within 5-7 business days before processing.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (minus original shipping fees unless our error). Processing takes 5-10 business days.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

Eligible exchanges follow the same process. For damaged or defective products, contact us within 7 days with photos — we will replace or fully refund at no cost to you.
